Two people were killed and three others wounded when a man opened fire at a Lake Jackson home early Sunday, authorities said.
The shooting happened about 4:15 a.m. on Lake Jackson, just west of Lake Jackson Boulevard and south of Lake Tahoe Boulevard, according to a sheriff’s news release.
Lake Jackson police spokesman Sgt. Greg Lippe said the man, a 32-year-old man, was found at the scene of the shooting with two gunshot wounds.
He was transported to a hospital where he died, Lippes said.
Lake Tahoe Police said the victim and a male accomplice were found dead at a home on Lake Tahoes Boulevard.
Lipps said the deceased, a 24-year old man, is the only person shot.
Lake San Diego County Fire Rescue crews responded to the shooting, which happened in the 1300 block of Lake San Diego Drive in Lake Tahos, Lips said.
Lipps would not say how the victim was shot, citing the ongoing investigation.
